We will meet twice during your prenatal time to go over your wants, needs and desires for postpartum.

The postpartum time is such a special and sacred time and the most important. I will provide you with emotional and physical support in addition to household chores, running errands, animal care, bringing food or anything else you will need so you can focus on healing your body and bonding with your baby. I am also a listening ear for you your partner to process your experience.

How many weeks and hours depend on what your needs are. I offer healing methods such as herbal baths, homeopathy and vaginal steaming. After 6 weeks if you desire we can perform a “Closing of the Bones Ceremony” ($333).

I will also provide you with resources if desired for lactation support, parenting groups etc.
